It is Day 6 of our Tea Advent Calendar and we have a sweet and fruity treat for you this Friday... it's Goji Berry & Pomegranate.

Full of tangy Pomegranate accompanied by juicy Goji Berries which creates a wonderfully refreshing, fruity and well balanced blend.
How We Like It
Brew 1 teapsoon (2.5g) per 200ml water. Infuse in freshly boiled water, 98°C for 5-8 minutes.

This fruit infusion delivers extra notes of apple, mango followed by a smooth creamy finish. It's also naturally caffeine free so can be enjoyed at any time of the day! Enjoy hot, cold or with Gin! Hello, yes please.. See below for recipes!
Goji Berry & Pomegranate Iced Tea
What you’ll need for this Iced Tea

1 pack Goji Berry & Pomegranate tea
Fruit to garnish (lemon/orange)
1 Suki Teapot
1 Measuring Spoon
1 Jug of Ice
Method
Add one heaped spoonful of tea to the teapot. Next pour the boiling water and let it brew for 8 - 12 minutes (depending on desired strength). While your tea brews, add plenty of ice and fruit to your glass then pour the freshly brewed tea over the ice and enjoy!
Goji Berry & Pomegranate Gin & Tonic
What you'll need

Simply put 2 scoops of Goji Berry & Pomegranate tea into a glass then add a healthy shot of your favourite gin and allow the tea & gin to infuse for 2-3 minutes. Next you'll need to strain out the Gin through a cup infuser to remove the pieces of tea, lastly add ice and top with tonic then garnish as you wish! We used mint and pomegranate seeds. Now sit back, take a sip and enjoy!
