This citrus spiced tea is a warm, homely, flavoursome blend made from many different spices to ignite your tastebuds especially at this time of year.

The perfect blend for this time of year.

How We Like It

Brew 1 teaspoon (2.5g) per 200ml water. Or 1 Suki scoop per stump teapot. Infuse in freshly boiled water (98°C) and brew for 3-5 minutes. Works with out without milk!

Just as you know Spiced Citrus couldn't get any more Christmassy... it works perfectly in a mulled wine! I know.. sounds amazing, doesn't it?

What you'll need for Spiced Citrus Mulled Wine

Spiced Citrus Mulled Wine SUKI

3 teaspoons of Spiced Citrus tea

½ orange ( cut up )

½ bottle red wine

½ cup of water

Measure of port

Measure of spiced rum

3 teaspoons sugar

Method

Add red wine to a saucepan on low-medium heat along with the spiced citrus tea, the orange, sugar, and port and spiced rum. Heat until the sugar is dissolved (approx. 10 mins). Wine should be hot- not boiling!! Then simply strain and serve in a mug or wine glass and enjoy! For further enjoyment we recommend sitting next to the Christmas tree with some Christmas music playing (festive bliss..)!

Remember the little bag of tea inside each box may look like plastic but it's actually a material called Natureflex which can be disposed of in your home food waste bin or home composting.
