Matcha White Hot Chocolate

The perfect January treat to keep you feeling cosy!

This rich and warming green tea Matcha hot chocolate is so yummy and so easy to make!

Ingredients:

  • 100g white chocolate chips
  • 2 mugs of milk (regular, almond or coconut- your choice)
  • 2 tsp Suki Matcha
  • 230ml hot water

Method:

  1. Melt the white chocolate together half of the milk. Stir until smooth, then add the remaining milk and heat gently. Set aside.
  2. Sift Matcha into the hot water and whisk until combined and frothy. Stir this into the milk/white chocolate mixture and pour into 2 of your favourite mugs.
