Recipe 11: White Tea Elderflower Iced Tea

One of our new tea blends, which just launched at the end of last year is proving a popular favourite among our customers - the White peony tea blended with the delicate flavour of elderflower and decorated with pretty marigold blossoms. With a peachy elderflower aroma this tea offers up a delicate blend that we reckon will allow you to take that deep breath and relax.

What you’ll need for this Iced Tea

1 pack Suki White Tea Elderflower

1 Lemon

1 Suki Teapot

1 Measuring Spoon

A Kettle

1 Jug of Ice

Method

Put the kettle on to Boil

Add one good spoonful ofthe white tea elderflower to the teapot, next add a little cold water to the Green Tea leaves (so you don’t scald the delicate leaf)

Add the boiling water and leave to Brew for 7 minutes

In this time, add plenty of ice and the sliced lemon to your serving glass

Pour the freshly brewed iced tea over the ice, enjoy!
