MATCHA MOJITO SLUSHIES
Our new Matcha lime slushies are the ONE!! A must try, simple recipe, with all the goodness from Matcha, plus (all the goodness) from the Rum too?!!
What you’ll need for this Iced Tea
- Matcha Green Tea
- Mint Leaves
- Sugar Syrup
- Soda Water/Lemonade
- 1 Measuring Spoon
- Plenty of Ice
- In your blender, muddle the mint leaves and lime slices, add the lime juice and a healthy shot(s) of Rum.
- In a separate cup, whisk your matcha in hot water, until dissolved, add and mix in your sugar syrup until it dissolves too.
- Add ice to the blender and combine the matcha mixture with the mint and lime slices, along with the lime juice, add this to the blender, blend until slushie!
- Pour your Matcha Mojito slushie straight into glasses, garnishing each with a sprig of mint and a lime slice (straw & cocktail umbrella optional)
COPELAND GIN "THE LOCAL"
To make the Suki Peppermint tea sugar syrup - in a saucepan, bring two cups of water to a boil. add the peppermint tea (about 10g loose, 2 tea pyramids) and allow to brew for 3 minutes. Remove the tea and add the sugar, stirring until it dissolves. Let the syrup cool; easy!
In your cocktail shaker, muddle the mint leaves and lime slices, add the lime juice and a healthy shot(s) of Copeland Rhuberry Gin. Next Mix in your sugar syrup until it dissolves too, give it a good shake! Double strain and pour over ice into your cocktail glass of choice, garnishing each with a sprig of mint... straw & cocktail umbrella optional (encouraged!)
RED BERRY DAIQUIRI
What you'll need for this tea cocktail...
- Red Berry Tea Pyramid
- Grenadine Syrup
- Cocktail Shaker
- A Muddler
Add 1 x super-fruity Suki Red Berry pyramid bag to a small jar add a good measure of Rum, allow to sit for five minutes. Next chop the strawberries, 2 tablespoons of sugar, one splash of Grenadine syrup and the infused Red Berry Rum to the cocktail shaker, use your muddler to squash & mix together, add lid & shake well. Fill a cocktail glass to the top with crushed ice, pour your Daiquiri over the ice, garnish & ENJOY!
GOJI BERRY & POMEGRANATE TEA & GIN COCKTAIL
What you'll need for this tea cocktail
Simply put two scoops of Goji Berry & Pomegranate tea into a glass, add a healthy shot of your favourite gin, allow the tea & Gin to infuse for two to three minutes, next you'll need to strain out the Gin through a cup infuser to remove the pieces of tea, lastly add ice and top with tonic! Now sit back, shades on & sip!
PINK GRAPEFRUIT & VODKA COCKTAIL
What you'll need to make a Pink Grapefruit Tea Cocktail...
Simply put two scoops of Pink Grapefruit tea into a glass, next add to the tea a healthy shot of vodka or gin (your choice), allow the tea & vodka to infuse for two to three minutes, strain out the vodka/gin through a cup infuser, add ice and top with lemonade! ENJOY it's FAB!!!

Iced Tea Method
For one Jug of Iced Tea - add 8g of loose leaf tea to the jug, gently pour 1 cup of hot water first onto the tea leaves, next add 3 cups of cold water, place in the fridge and let it brew, usually for 2 - 6 hours dependent on desired strength. Pour tea over ice cubes and Enjoy!

Cold Brew Method
It's so easy, give it a go this weekend!
Steep a few scoops of the tea in cold water for 24 hours in a fridge at less than 5oC. After that remove the steeped tea leaves from the jug and serve over fruit ice cubes! Enjoy any remaining cold brew tea for the next 24 hours!
