With this delicious cold brew option on your tea menu this summer, your customers will be coming back time and time again.

What you Need

- Goji Berry & Pomegrante

- Cold water

- Mint leaves and strawberries to garnish

- Suki Tea Iced tea jug


1. Add 6-8 scoops of Goji Berry & Pomegranate to a large Iced tea jug and fill to the top with cold water.

2. Leave in the fridge (temp should be less than 5oC) for 24 hours to steep.

3. Serve over a glass full of ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves and strawberries. To add an extra punch of flavour, freeze some ice cubes with the tea leave or fruit pieces inside.
