This is a unusual version of Iced Tea, but we made it this afternoon and have fallen in love with it!! Definitely one to try at home!

What you’ll need for this Iced Tea

1 pack Rooibos Creme Brulee Tea

Semi-skimmed Milk

1 Flake

Vanilla Ice Cream

1 Suki Teapot

1 Measuring Spoon

A Kettle

1 Jug of Ice

Method

Put the kettle on to Boil

Add one spoonful of Rooibos Creme Brulee Tea into the teapot

Add the boiling water, only a small amount until the leaves are just covered, leave to Brew for 7 minutes (this will make a concentrated blend)

Allow brewed Rooibos tea to cool for a few minutes, then add to serving glass. Top with Milk (leave room for your ice cream)

Add one large scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream to the top, sprinkle some flake over it & add remaining flake to decorate, enjoy!
