Up next in the advent calendar is day ELEVEN and this time it's Indian Spiced Chai.

Give in, celebrate the season - It's Chrissstmaaas time!! So why not try this warm, deliciously spiced chai cocktail, full of Winter cosy comfort.

What you'll need for this Chai Cocktail

  • 125ml brewed Indian Spiced Chai
  • 100ml Irish Cream Liqueur
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • Cinnamon sticks


Brew up your Chai tea as usual, add 125ml of the hot brewed Indian Spiced Chai in a tall heatproof glass mug, add brown sugar, and stir until dissolved.

Add the Irish Cream Liqueur and stir with a cinnamon stick for a minute or so to allow the flavour to infuse. Enjoy!
