For Day 5 of our 2 week Matcha Challenge we are enjoying a lovely fresh glass of Matcha Fruit Juice.

A great way to get your daily dose of matcha with a sweet and zingy twist! That's one thing we love about matcha, how versatile it is. You can pretty much add it into anything without compromising its taste.

What You'll Need

Matcha Fruit Juice

Matcha Shaker
Lemon Juice (1/2 lemon freshly squeezed)
Honey (1 tsp)
Lemonade (optional)


Prepare a shot of Matcha. See our Preparing Matcha blog for tips on how to do so.

Add freshly squeezed lemon juice, matcha and honey to shaker. Shake well until fully mixed.

Pour mixture from shaker into a glass of ice, stir, garnish with lemon slices and finally enjoy!

Optional- Top your glass up with lemonade for an extra hint of sweetness and fizz.
