For Day 11 of our Matcha Challenge we are enjoying a delicious Matcha Vanilla Latte. This latte is super quick and easy to make. It's the perfect substitute for your morning coffee or an afternoon pick me up. A matcha latte with a lovely hint of sweetness! See how we made our matcha latte below.
What You'll Need

1/2 tsp Matcha
1 tsp Vanilla Syrup
1/2 cup Milk/ Milk Alternative
Matcha Whisk & Bowl
Method
In a matcha bowl, add 80ml cup of hot water (not boiling, about 70°C) as well as Matcha. Using your matcha whisk, whisk matcha and hot water together. Mix well, making sure there are no lumps left in the mix. See our Preparing Matcha blog for more top tips on the perfect matcha shot.
Add a teaspoon vanilla syrup to the matcha and whisk some more.
Froth 1/2 a cup of milk and heat until just steaming.
Fill your mug half way with your Matcha & vanilla mix and add the frothy milk on top and enjoy!
