With the arrival of November and the colder weather setting in, this month’s tea of the moment has come at the perfect time… Introducing our brand-new Mince Pie. Nothing quite says Christmas like a festive mince pie and now this tea is one you need to try!!
Mince Pie is a full of flavour and just perfect for a cosy cuppa this winter. The SUKI NPD team have been working hard all year to get this tea just right and have it ready on time for this Festive Season!
This tea has a beautiful black tea base, combined with sweet fig and orange for a fruity hint. Followed by a lightly spiced undertone of cinnamon and ginger, then finally a delicious creamy aftertaste that can only come from a warmed mince pie with a crumbly crust and fresh cream.
This black tea is another guilt free treat, offering up all the flavour with none of the calories – so you don’t have to feel guilty when you indulge in a mince pie too!!
As the name alludes to this brand new tea naturally pairs with a warm mince pie.
Tasting Notes: Warming, Fig, Spiced
How we like it:
For the best cup of Mince Pie use 200ml of freshly drawn boiled water (98°C) and infuse one heaped teaspoon (2.5g) of Mince Pie tea per cup. Brew for 3-5 minutes. Then the choice is yours.. either enjoy freshly brewed or add a splash of milk/milk alternatives for a sweet creamy cuppa.
Why not try it with a twist?
You can also try with a hint of honey for a little sweetness, this makes a delicious Christmas treat!
