This Rooibos tea, is a herbal blend which means it is caffeine free, so it's perfect for the kids this summer as a healthy alternative to squash! Make a big jug of it and stick it in the fridge for whenever they decide to come back inside this summer!
What you’ll need for this Iced Tea
Fruit to garnish (lemon/orange)
1 Jug of Ice
Put the kettle on to Boil
Add one good spoonful of Rooibos tea to the teapot, next pour the boiling water and leave to Brew for 8 - 12 minutes (depending on desired strength)
In this time, add plenty of ice and the sliced fruit to your serving glass
Pour the freshly brewed rooibos iced tea over the ice, enjoy!
