This is an interesting take on the usual sangria, the red berry tea give it a real fruit hit, perfect for the Summer Hols!
What you’ll need for this Iced Tea Sangria
1 pack Red Berry Tea
Fruit to decorate
1 Bottle White Wine
Honey or simple syrup to flavour
Chopped fresh fruit (I used strawberries, nectarines and mango this time)
1 Iced Tea Jug (now live to buy!)
1 bag of Ice
Method
Put the kettle on to Boil
Add two spoonfuls of the Red Berry tea into the teapot... Add the boiling water and leave to Brew for 7 minutes... Once the tea is brewed, combine the tea, wine and honey (or simple syrup) until honey is dissolved and sangria - Pop the jug in the fridge for several hours or overnight.
Just before (your friends come over for your Spanish themed party) serving, add in your chopped fresh fruit. Serve chilled, over ice. ENJOY!!
