For International Tea Day we have another exciting collab, with tea and whiskey flavours and blends going hand in hand we decided to experiment on a few new cocktail ideas...

Introducing.... The Darling Grey

  • 50ml Sexton
  • 25ml SUKI Darling Grey Cold Brew 
  • 15ml Lime juice 
  • 1 single drop of Pernod 
  • Top with good crisp sparkling apple juice
  • Sprig of rosemary slapped to release the flavours 
  • Rosemary and apple disc garnish 

Method

  • Shake first three ingredients and strain over ice 
  • Slap the rosemary and insert
  • Top with sparkling apple & crisp apple disc
