For International Tea Day we have another exciting collab, with tea and whiskey flavours and blends going hand in hand we decided to experiment on a few new cocktail ideas...
Introducing.... The Darling Grey
- 50ml Sexton
- 25ml SUKI Darling Grey Cold Brew
- 15ml Lime juice
- 1 single drop of Pernod
- Top with good crisp sparkling apple juice
- Sprig of rosemary slapped to release the flavours
- Rosemary and apple disc garnish
Method
- Shake first three ingredients and strain over ice
- Slap the rosemary and insert
- Top with sparkling apple & crisp apple disc
