With Spring just around the corner we are already developing new and exciting tea recipes for our (first of the year) upcoming Suki Tea BBQ!! Have a look at a few we've tried before... If you guys have any suggestions for a great tea cocktail recipe please send them our way! We LOVE experimenting with Tea cocktails.....!!!
Copeland Gin's "The Local"

50ml Copeland Rhuberry Gin
35ml Peppermint tea-infused sugar syrup
6 Mint leaves
15ml Lime
Ginger AleTo make the Suki Peppermint tea sugar syrup - in a saucepan, bring two cups of water to a boil. add the peppermint tea (about 10g loose, 2 tea pyramids) and allow to brew for 3 minutes. Remove the tea and add the sugar, stirring until it dissolves. Let the syrup cool; easy!
In your cocktail shaker, muddle the mint leaves and lime slices, add the lime juice and a healthy shot(s) of Copeland Rhuberry Gin. Next Mix in your sugar syrup until it dissolves too, give it a good shake! Double strain and pour over ice into your cocktail glass of choice, garnishing each with a sprig of mint... straw & cocktail umbrella optional (encouraged!)
RED BERRY DAIQUIRI
What you'll need for this tea cocktail...
- Red Berry Tea Pyramid
- Rum
- Grenadine Syrup
- Cocktail Shaker
- A Muddler
- Sugar
- Strawberries
- Ice
Add 1 x super-fruity Suki Tea Red Berry pyramid bag to a small jar add a good measure of Rum, allow to sit for five minutes. Next chop the strawberries, 2 tablespoons of sugar, one splash of Grenadine syrup and the infused Red Berry Rum to the cocktail shaker, use your muddler to squash & mix together, add lid & shake well. Fill a cocktail glass to the top with crushed ice, pour your Daiquiri over the ice, garnish & ENJOY!
GOJI BERRY & POMEGRANATE TEA & GIN COCKTAIL
What you'll need for this tea cocktail
- Goji Berry & Pomegranate Tea
- Tea Infuser (something similar to this)
- Gin
- Tonic Water
- Ice
Simply put two scoops of Goji Berry & Pomegranate tea into a glass, add a healthy shot of your favourite gin, allow the tea & Gin to infuse for two to three minutes, next you'll need to strain out the Gin through a cup infuser to remove the pieces of tea, lastly add ice and top with tonic! Now sit back, shades on & sip!
PINK GRAPEFRUIT & VODKA COCKTAIL
What you'll need to make a Pink Grapefruit Tea Cocktail...
- Pink Grapefruit Tea
- Tea Infuser (something similar to this)
- Vodka / Gin
- Lemonade
- Ice
Simply put two scoops of Pink Grapefruit tea into a glass, next add to the tea a healthy shot of vodka or gin (your choice), allow the tea & vodka to infuse for two to three minutes, strain out the vodka/gin through a cup infuser, add ice and top with lemonade! ENJOY it's FAB!!!
