Matcha Mojito Mocktail
Vibrant, refreshing, goodness
Ingredients:
Lime/s
Mint Leaves
Sugar Syrup
Soda Water/Lemonade
1 Measuring Spoon
Plenty of Ice
Method:
In your blender, muddle the mint leaves and lime slices, add the lime juice.
In a separate cup, whisk your Matcha in hot water, until dissolved, add and mix in your sugar syrup until it dissolves too.
Add ice to the blender and combine the Matcha mixture with the mint and lime slices, along with the lime juice, add this to the blender, blend until slushie!
Pour your Matcha Mojito Mocktail straight into glasses, garnishing each with a sprig of mint and a lime slice (straw & cocktail umbrella optional but very authentic)
Goji Berry & Pomegranate Caipiroska
Juicy, fruity & fresssh
Ingredients:
3 tbs Pomegranate seeds
A big bunch of mint
2 limes
500ml Goji Berry & Pomegranate tea
250 ml Lemonade
Method:
A day ahead, divide the pomegranate seeds between the holes in an ice cube tray, top up with water and freeze.
Reserve half the mint for serving, and tear the rest into a large jug with the lime quarters. Using a rolling pin, bash the mint and lime to release the flavours.
Add the Goji Berry & Pomegranate tea and lemonade. Put ice cubes in each glass, then strain pomegranate mix through a small sieve. Garnish with lime slices and more mint.
Apple Loves Mint Julep
Sweet, minty & fruity
Ingredients:
4 tbs Apple Loves Mint tea
1 cup hot water
½tsp Honey
½tsp Apple cider vinegar
Ice
Orange slice
Thyme sprig
Tonic water
Method:
Steep 'Apple Loves Mint' tea in hot water for 3 minutes, then strain.
In a glass, combine 90 ml of 'Apple Loves Mint' tea, honey, apple cider vinegar and stir until the honey dissolves.
Ass ice, top with tonic water and garnish with a slice of orange and a sprig of time.
Mojito Iced Tea
The classic minty, lime combination with a hint of sweetness... oh so refreshing!
Ingredients:
1 pack Tangy Lime
1 pack Peppermint tea
1 Lime
Mint Leaves
1 spoon Muscavado Sugar
Soda Water/Lemonade
Method:
Put the kettle on to boil
Add one spoonful of Tangy Lime and one good spoonful of Peppermint tea into your teapot
Add the boiling water and leave to brew for 7 minutes
In this time, add the wedges of lime, the mint leaves and 2 spoonfuls of sugar to your glass, user a muddler to mash the mint leaves & lime in the glass
Then add plenty of ice to your serving glass. pour the freshly brewed iced tea over the ice, enjoy!
Lemongrass & Ginger G & Tea
Citrus, sweet, heat!
Ingredients:
2 tbs Lemongrass & Ginger
1 cup hot water
½tsp honey
ice
lemon slice
rosemary sprig
black pepper
Method:
Steep tea in hot water for 5 minutes, then strain.
Combine 100 ml Lemongrass and Ginger steeped tea with honey and stir until the honey is dissolved.
Add ice, a slice of lemon and a rosemary sprig. Gently stir and top with a grind of black pepper.
