About Spiced Citrus
Originally a seasonal winter drink this spiced tea is now popular all year round. It had a few different names in the past. One was mulled tea and another Christmas tea. Spiced Citrus Tea is like a spicey Chai, it is lightly spiced and works with milk (or a nip of brandy as an alternative to mulled wine......drink tea responsibly!).
Ingredients
Black tea with apple, coriander, orange, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, pink pepper, cloves and flavouring.
How we like it
Use freshly drawn boiled water. Infuse one tea measure per pot and brew for 2-5 minutes…

This drink is redolent of fireside coziness during winter and seasonal spices and a powerful citrus flavour add to the sense of it being a warming winter tea. Lovely. |

Product : It has that homely quality and wonderful nose and taste that are evocative of a winter’s night by the fire. Almost Christmas in a cup but is not too sweet, which suits me.
