Given the unprecedented situation regarding Covid-19 in the UK, Ireland and all around the world, we wanted to keep you updated with everything we are doing at SUKI to ensure we can continue to serve you the best cuppa and continued customer support.
Continuing our supply chain We are well-stocked on all our range. Please be assured that our blending, production and warehouse operations will continue to work as normal and our Customer Service, Accounts and Sales teams are all at hand to answer any of your queries.
Our production and warehousing facilities will continue to work as normal and we’ve strengthened our hygiene procedures in this area to minimise the spread of Covid-19, including:
- Working from home where possible
- Strengthened hygiene procedures throughout office, blending, production and warehouse
- Social distancing
- Restricted access to site for non-team members

All prices are in UK Pounds and are inclusive of VAT at the current applicable rate. There is no VAT on loose leaf tea.

Although we endeavour to hold stock of all items on our site, this cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, by acknowledging receipt of your order we are not creating a binding obligation to supply what you have ordered but which we do not have in stock. Designs on certain accessory items may vary, according to supply.
In the event of unavailability for whatever reason we will advise you of the position when we receive your order and await your subsequent instructions.

All prices are correct at the time of entering information. You will receive an electronic confirmation of receipt of your order via email. Payment can be made by any of the specified Payment Methods. Payment will be debited and cleared by Sage Pay online payment services. For more information visit www.sagepay.com. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days from receipt of order (but in reality we do better than that and dispatch 96% next working day and we’re always aiming for 100%). We will dispatch orders using either Royal Mail or courier for large orders. Royal Mail aim to deliver most 1st class mail in the UK by next working day but do not guarantee this. Royal Mail also state that they aim to deliver to European destinations within three to five working days, major cities worldwide within five days and other destinations within seven.
We offer all our UK & ROI Customers, free delivery on all orders over the value of £30.
In any instance, we request that you allow up to 10 working days for delivery of your order before contacting us about an order not received. We will always do our utmost to inform you of any potential delay.

It is the responsibility of the customer to enter their correct billing and shipping addresses through the order process. Unfortunately Suki Tea cannot be held accountable for missing orders due to incorrect details being supplied by the customer.
COVID-19 Delivery Times
At this time we are open with limited resources during the hours of 8-4 Monday to Friday. Rest assured that orders are still currently being dispatched at present, we will inform you on our website and social media channels otherwise.
If you have ordered through our website and your order has not yet been received then please allow 14 working days from dispatch in order for Royal mail to deliver, I know this seems like a long time but we are expecting delays in the postal service at this time so please bear with us but I can confirm it is on its way.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT CHARGES
Within the European Union, duty is not applied to your delivery, but outside the EU charges may apply. If you are unsure check with your local customs office, as you will be responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes and import charges on your delivery.
Some infusions may not be suitable to ship to every location worldwide as some products are banned in certain countries. for example lemon peel cannot be shipped to Australia or New Zealand as it is a banned substance by the countries' quarantine service - if you are unsure, again, as above please check with your local customs offices.
RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
We are sure you will be delighted with your purchases from Suki Tea but occasions may occur where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep this process as simple and easy as possible.
You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. EU customers are also entitled to an additional statutory cooling off period of 7 days. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of products where foodstuffs have been opened unless the items are of unsatisfactory quality. It is our policy that if you are not entirely happy, you can return your purchase in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund or replacement – it’s up to you.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you by mistake or the item is faulty.
If you wish to change your original purchase for something else on our site or you would like a replacement for an item that is not faulty you will be responsible for the new package postage fees.
SUKI TEA GIFT CARDS
The minimum sale amount to activate this card is £10.00, a gift card cannot be purchased under promotional discounts or offers.
Validly activated cards are redeemable in full or part payment for products at suki-tea.com
The card balance will expire 2 years of purchase.
This Gift Card cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash, any remaining balance will be applied to future purchases.
Unused Gift Card balances in a suki-tea.com account may not be transferred to another suki-tea.com account.
Suki Tea reserve the right to amend these terms & conditions from time to time where it reasonably considers it necessary to do so. Reasonable notice of these changes will be given where possible.
The contract begins on receipt of first Subscription box. If you wish to cancel your subscription within the first 30 days of the contract, you can return your purchase in its original condition within the 30 day period for a full refund or replacement, using the returns details below.
If you go past the initial 30 day cancellation period, you are unable to receive a refund in full. if you wish to simply stop the delivery of any further boxes within a 3, 6 or 12 month contract we agree to halt further deliveries. Subscriptions are paid for in advance regardless of the length of them.

ADDITIONAL SUBSCRIPTION T&Cs
The Tea Treasures subscription product.
We sell our subscription package also known as Tea Treasures on a subscription model – you can order as many months as you like from 1, 3, 6 or 12. With no recurring payments. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Postage is included in the cost of subscription for UK & Channel Island residents only
ROI, EU and International customers may order the subscription box, however there will be an additional delivery charge at the checkout as set out in the table above.
If your order contains other products aside from the subscription, these items will be fulfilled next day, as in line with Suki Tea sale T&CS unless there is an event outside our control of which we will inform you.
The Subscription Box will then be dispatched separately within the last week of each month to allow all our subscribers to enjoy the surprise and delight of opening their Tea Treasures box at the same time.
Delivery of The Subscription Box shall be completed when we deliver the Products to the address you provided and the Products will be your responsibility from that time.
You own the Products once we have received payment in full, including all applicable delivery charges.
SUBSCRIPTION DELIVERY - INTERNATIONAL inc EU & ROI
We are happy to deliver the Subscription Box to addresses outside the UK or the Channel Islands. A postage charge applies – see delivery table above.
SUBSCRIPTION PRICING & PAYMENT
The prices of the Products will be as quoted on the Website at the time you submit your order. Subscriptions range from £9.95 (one month) to £107 (12 months subscription offer) depending on The Subscription option chosen, which includes delivery to any address in the UK or the Channel Islands.
You can pay for Products using all the usual methods on the Suki Tea website, debit card/credit card or alternatively with a Paypal account.
Payment for the Subscription package is a one off cost and is in advance in its totality.
We only supply the Products for domestic and private use. You agree not to use the product for any commercial, business or re-sale purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
WHOLESALE AND RETAIL
Suki Tea also supplies wholesale speciality teas and tea accessories for foodservice and retail outlets.
Cafes, restaurants, hotels, delis, and farm shops are all welcome to try a sample of our tea. Just call and ask for a price list and we'll be pleased to recommend our best sellers.
