Organic Matcha Green Tea – Suki Tea

But first… what’s the big deal about this bright green drink?

Matcha: Ancient Power, Modern Vibes

Matcha can be an acquired taste, but trust us—it’s worth it. This vibrant green tea has taken off in the last couple of years, and with good reason. While it might seem trendy now, matcha’s roots go back over 900 years, and it’s long been used by Buddhist monks to stay focused during meditation.

Matcha is different from regular green tea—when you drink it, you're consuming the entire tea leaf, giving you 10x the nutrients. One daily shot (just 1g!) packs the punch of a coffee espresso, but with a cleaner energy boost and a bunch of extra benefits.

Why You Should Give Matcha a Go

Here’s what just one daily serving of matcha could do for you:

  • 💥 Increased energy, without the crash
  • 🧠 Better focus, memory, and mental clarity
  • Improved skin, hair, and nails
  • 😌 Elevated mood
  • 💚 A daily health ritual you'll actually look forward to

Not Sure About the Taste?

You’re not alone! Matcha has a strong, earthy flavour that’s not for everyone on the first try—but that’s why we’ve been busy crafting delicious ways to enjoy it. Think:

  • Creamy matcha lattes (hot or iced)
  • Fresh green smoothies
  • Yoghurt bowls or smoothie bowls
  • Matcha milkshakes
  • Even matcha-infused iced teas!

We’ve got recipes below to inspire you, or just experiment at home with your go-to milk or morning smoothie.
