What if I need my parcel next day?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of the date you place your order. SUKI Tea Factory operates Monday to Friday (unless there is a public holiday). If there is going to be a delay in us despatching your order, (due to a stock issue as an example), we will endeavour to communicate this to you.

We send parcels using Royal Mail Tracked as standard for parcels within the UK. Please note we use their Tracked 48 service, but delivery within 48 hours is a guide set by Royal Mail. This is not a guaranteed timeframe. This is especially relevant during busy times of the year such as Black Friday, Christmas and Mother’s Day.

Parcels are sent to Ireland, using An Post Tracked.

For parcels to the rest of the world, we use a courier service. You will receive tracking information for these parcels

We deliver worldwide, just pop your address into checkout, and it will calculate the shipping costs. Customs policies and import duties vary across countries, so with that in mind, we are unable to advise on how much any customs charges may be. Customs charges are the sole responsibility of the parcel recipient and are completely outside of our control. Some infusions may not be suitable to ship to every location worldwide as some products are banned in certain countries. We recommend you contact your local customs office who will be able to advise.

Countries around the world set their own VAT rate. You may notice the monetary amount of your order changing once you enter your address. The VAT on your order will be calculated at checkout once your delivery address is entered.

You will receive a series of emails from us when we are processing your order to keep you updated on what stage we’re at with your order.

We use Whistl as our third party postal provider, and they will notify you when your parcel has been handed over to Royal Mail. Royal Mail will then be in touch with tracking information via email so you can see where your parcel is.

If we are sending your order via one of our nominated couriers (for the bigger parcels or parcels outside of the UK/Ireland), you will receive tracking information directly from them.

Our delivery option as standard is Royal Mail Tracked, which costs £4.00 for parcels up to 5kg (delivered to addresses in the UK). This delivery charge is applicable to orders under £30.

There will be no charge for orders over £30 for UK/Ireland deliveries. Prices may vary for parcels being sent to the rest of world, and this will be calculated at checkout.

Contact us at and we’ll give you a quote for next day delivery. In reality though, our tracked service is amazing and you should receive it in plenty of time!

A great idea! No prices are included in any packing slips we send with our parcels. We don't currently offer gift notes, but we are working on it, and this feature should be available soon.

We accept all major debit/credit cards, along with Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Shop Pay.

Unfortunately we don't accept American Express.

Only one promotional code may be used per transaction.

Discounts are against full priced products, and cannot be used against a sale item.

Delivery charges are calculated on the final value of the order, after any promotional codes are applied.

To avail of a discount using a promotional code, customers must add this to the checkout page when placing an order. We are unable to retrospectively apply a discount code to your order.
