Spring Iced Tea Recipes

1. Apple Loves Mint Iced Tea

 

A classic blend and a stunning iced tea - the all time Suki favourite, our Apple Loves Mint Tea, those rose buds are the perfect garnish!

What you’ll need for this Iced Tea

1 pack Apple Loves Mint

Mint Leaves

Apple to garnish

1 Suki Teapot

1 Measuring Spoon

A Kettle

1 Jug of Ice

Method

Put the kettle on to Boil

Add two good spoonful of Apple Loves Mint to the teapot

Add the boiling water and leave to Brew for 8 minutes

In this time, add plenty of ice, the mint leaves & the sliced apple to your serving glass

Pour the brewed tea over the ice, add a few rose buds to garnish - Tadah, a beautiful drink to enjoy!

 

2. White Tea Elderflower Iced Tea 


The White peony tea blended with the delicate flavour of elderflower and decorated with pretty marigold blossoms. With a peachy elderflower aroma this tea offers up a delicate blend that we reckon will allow you to take that deep breath and relax.

What you’ll need for this Iced Tea

1 pack White Tea Elderflower 

1 Lemon

1 teapot Stump Teapot 

1  Measuring spoon 

A Kettle

1 Jug of Ice

Method

Put the kettle on to Boil

Add one good spoonful of the white tea elderflower to the teapot, next add a little cold water to the Green Tea leaves (so you don’t scald the delicate leaf)

Add the boiling water and leave to Brew for 7 minutes

In this time, add plenty of ice and the sliced lemon to your serving glass

Pour the freshly brewed iced tea over the ice, enjoy!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3. Iced Raspberry and Vanilla

This months highlight is a fruity bright Summer Refresher designed to tantalize your taste buds, make up either as a Cold Brew or an Iced Tea, plus with no added sugar you can enjoy this one all day long! 

Try a twist on your usual cuppa this Summer, we've outlined an easy to follow method below, these iced tea blends will keep you cool all season! We've also got a few tea cocktail recipes on this blog that you might want to try too! (Drink Tea Responsibly!!)

Iced Tea Method

For one Jug of Iced Tea - add 12g of loose leaf tea to the jug, gently pour 1 cup of hot water first onto the tea leaves, next fill up with cold water, place in the fridge and let it brew, usually for about an hour dependent on desired strength. Pour tea over ice cubes and Enjoy! 

Cold Brew Method

For one Jug of Cold Brew - add 12g of loose leaf tea to the jug, gently pour 1/2 cup of hot water first onto the tea leaves, next fill up with cold water, place in the fridge and let it brew overnight in a fridge. After that remove the steeped tea leaves from the jug and serve over fruit ice cubes, add tonic or lemonade and garnish with your fruit of choice or some mint! Enjoy any remaining cold brew tea for the next 24 hours! #iceiceraspberry
