SUKI Bramble  

Ingredients 

50 ml gin 

30 ml SUKI bramble  

1 tbsp. sugar syrup / or Agave  

Lemon slice and blackberries, to garnish 

Directions 

  1. Make cold brew SUKI Bramble (1/2 litre cold water to 12g SUKI Bramble, 12 hours)  
  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, and add gin, cold brew SUKI Bramble and sugar syrup. Shake until well-chilled. 
  1. Fill a small tumbler with crushed ice and pour over the shaken mixture.  
  1. Garnish with your lemon slice and blackberries. 

Ingredients

Apple pieces, Hibiscus Flowers, Blackberries (7%), Lemon Peel (7%), Flavouring, Rose Hip Peels, Elderberries, Strawberry Pieces, Cherry, Raspberries, Blackcurrant.

How We Like It

Brew 1 teaspoon (2.5g) per 200ml water. Or 1 Suki scoop per stump teapot. Infuse in freshly boiled water (98°C) for 5-8 minutes.
