Delivery & Returns
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days from receipt of order (but in reality we do better than that and dispatch 96% next working day and we’re always aiming for 100%). We will dispatch orders using either Royal Mail or courier for large orders.
Whistl* is under the Royal Mail brand and they do not offer tracking on their deliveries. At present, we are experiencing longer delivery times than usual - please bare with us the order has been dispatched and the Postie is on their way!
We offer all our UK & ROI Customers, free delivery on all orders over the value of £30.
At the minute we are sending all European and Rest of World order - fully tracked with DHL.
In any instance, we request that you allow up to 10 working days for delivery of your order before contacting us about an order not received. We will always do our utmost to inform you of any potential delay.
COVID-19 DELIVERY TIMES
At this time we are open with limited resources during the hours of 8-4 Monday to Friday. Rest assured that orders are still currently being dispatched at present, we will inform you on our website and social media channels otherwise.
If you have ordered through our website and your order has not yet been received then please allow 14 working days from dispatch in order for Royal mail to deliver, I know this seems like a long time but we are expecting delays in the postal service at this time so please bear with us but I can confirm it is on its way.

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
We are sure you will be delighted with your purchases from Suki Tea but occasions may occur where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep this process as simple and easy as possible.
You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. EU customers are also entitled to an additional statutory cooling off period of 7 days. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of products where foodstuffs have been opened unless the items are of unsatisfactory quality. It is our policy that if you are not entirely happy, you can return your purchase in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund or replacement – it’s up to you.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you by mistake or the item is faulty.
If you wish to change your original purchase for something else on our site or you would like a replacement for an item that is not faulty you will be responsible for the new package postage fees.
