Q. How long will I have to wait for my order?
A.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of the date you placed the order.

In reality, we dispatch over 96% of orders within one working day (and we’re always striving to beat this target!).

We will dispatch orders using First Class Royal Mail or courier for large orders, unless otherwise requested. Normal postal lead times are: UK destinations 1-3 days, Europe 3-5 days, all other areas worldwide 5-10 days.

For Free Delivery we used Second Class Royal Mail or courier for larger orders. Normal postal lead times are: UK destinations 3-5 days, Europe 5-10 days, all other areas worldwide 5-10 days.

It may sound like a long time, but we ask you to, please allow up to 14 working days for delivery of your order to arrive.

It takes 5 minutes to make a wonderful cup of tea; Royal Mail can take a bit longer to deliver it.

And, of course, we will always do our utmost to inform you of any potential delay.

Q. How can I track the status of my order?
A.

If you register as an account customer on our website you will be able to track the status of your order from order placed to order completed and dispatched (and avail of some promotional offers via discount codes). This is not a postal service tracking, but we do offer that, too (see information on delivery options below). Sign In 

Q. What emails should I expect to receive regarding my order?
A.

If your transaction online is successful, you will receive an automatic email thanking you for placing your order and giving you an order number. The next working day we aim to pick, pack and dispatch your order. Once we know it is safely in the postie’s bag, we will send you an email of confirmation of ‘completion’, which means ‘dispatched’. You can also check your order status in your online member’s account. When your parcel has left the building we will then change the status of your order from ‘processing’ to ‘complete’.

Q. What are the delivery options at Suki Tea?
A.

We dispatch orders using either First Class Royal Mail or courier for larger orders. Normal postal lead times are: UK destinations 1-3 days, Europe 3-5 days, all other areas worldwide 5-10 days.

For that extra piece of mind you can also request that we add a tracking number/signed for recorded delivery to your order (£1.10 additional cost).

If you require next day delivery, please contact us at the office +44 (0)28 9033 0938 before 11am. We’ll happily sort that out for you.

Q. What if I want to cancel or return an order?
A.

You have the right to cancel or return your order up to 7 working days following receipt of your goods (including your right to cancel your order under the distance selling regulations).

You will receive a full refund including the postage, if applicable, if the charge was levied with your original order and it is returned in full.

Please inform us ASAP if you wish to cancel an order because we pride ourselves in our speedy dispatch so it would be easier to perform this if your order has not yet left the warehouse.

We are sure you will love our best big leaf big flavour teas and sleek and durable hardware but, if you wish to return a product to us for any reason you may do so within 30 days of the dispatch date.

It must be in a saleable condition and in its original undamaged packaging. We will refund the price or replace the product. Return delivery charges will only be refunded in the event of faulty, damaged or incorrect items being sent to you. This does not affect your statutory rights. Other than for defective products, returns outside the timeframe set out above may be accepted at the sole discretion of Suki Tea.

Q. How can I use promotional codes to receive a discount on my order?
A.

You’ll see an ‘enter your promotional code’ at the checkout page and the discount will be automatically deducted from your total.
