Subscription Terms and Conditions.

 How it works?

Subscribe and save

We offer subscribe and save which is a 10%  discount. One – time is the default selection, once you select the product, if you want to subscribe you need to click the subscribe option instead. Upon doing this you have 1 of 3 options to choose, determining the frequency of your delivery.

·       Subscribe and Save 10% - one delivery per month starting from the first day of purchase

2-month subscription (with 10%) – you will receive your delivery every 2 months from the first day of purchase

3-month subscription (with 10 %) – you will receive your delivery every 3 months from the first day of purchase e.g. order on 25th of April 2025, for the first delivery, the 2nd will be on the 25th of July 2025 and so on. 

After choosing the frequency, select add to chart as normal. 

To amend or cancel your subscription

You can amend or cancel your subscription at any time. To do this select Manage subscriptions on the sign-in page.

 Located: Sign into your account page – you will see the email and password boxes. (Note* you may need to log out if you’re already signed in) .

Click Manage subscriptions, this will prompt you to log in with your email, which will send you a login code (sends SMS and email).

The Recharge platform will open

This page will contain all your information:

Your name, contact information (address, email, phone number)

From here you can: change contact information, change your payment method, and edit your active orders.

The dropdown menu will show:

·         Product

·         Next order date

·         Frequency

·         Price (GBP)

To edit your order (either the date of your next order or amend / cancel)

Click on ACTIONS ^ *the dropdown will give a number of options including –

·         Reschedule next order

·         Edit frequency

·         Edit subscription product

·         Swap

·         Move address

·         Cancel subscription

·         Delete

·         Edit line item properties

 Policy

If you email queries or message the chat feature on the website to cancel an order this must be done 2 working days before the order is due to dispatch in order to receive your refund. You will be emailed in advance of your next order, however, this is normally the day the order is due so please bear in mind it may have already been dispatched.

We will do our best to cancel any subscriptions that have been made in error but advise you to contact us as soon as you can if this is the case at queries@suki-tea.com.
