Belfast Brew tea is our signature drink. A Fairtrade black tea blend produced in Assam, North India and Rwanda, East Africa. It has a malty character and combined with a beautiful Irish Whiskey makes for an amazing drink... The tea adds a unique character to this twist on the classic Old Fashioned.
This tea cocktail will require some prep before hand, you’ll need to steep the tea in Black Bush or you favourite Whiskey for an hour or two to allow the flavours to really marry together, maybe do this is batches and keep in the fridge for next time. Trust us, it’s worth it!
