TERMS AND CONDITIONS – U.K. ONLINE ACCOUNT OPENING & PAYMENT
DELIVERY
Suki Tea Makers will dispatch your order within 2 working days. Goods are then dispatched via 24-48 hour courier service.
DELIVERY CHARGES – U.K. (*inclusive of VAT, where applicable)
- Net order value up to £100.00 = £8.00
- Net order value £100.00 - £150.00 = £12.00
- Net order value over £150.00 = FREE Delivery
- Net order value up to £25.00 = £4.00
- Net order value £25.00 - £100.00 = £5.00
- Net order value over £100.00 = FREE Delivery
MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS:
No minimum order requirements on foodservice-sized packs of tea. Retail has a case MOQ of 6 packs per SKU, which are presented in attractive shelf ready retail cases.
DAMAGES ON DELIVERY:
Customers must inform Suki Tea Makers of any damage on the same day of receiving the order. Please sign for goods as damaged on receipt if there is evidence of damage to outer packaging.
DAMAGED/INCORRECT ORDERS:
Customers must inform Suki Tea Makers of any damage or incorrect items within 5 working days of receipt of order.
RETURNS
Returns are subject to agreement. Items may be returned in original, undamaged packaging and must be deemed to be suitable for re-sale before credit is awarded. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from shipment. The shipping costs of returned items are the responsibility of the purchaser. If any goods are found to be defective on delivery, we will gladly replace at our expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.
OUT OF STOCKS
It is our policy to carry a large quantity of stock items. However, due to unforeseen circumstances we may , from time to time, be out of stock of your desired item(s). In this event, we will advise you immediately and give you an approximate delivery date of your order balance. For large quantities of a particular item, please enquire about stock holding in advance.
