Use freshly drawn boiled water. Infuse one tea measure per pot and brew for 2-5 minutes to your taste… Great as an Iced Tea or cold brew for the warmer Summer months, simply pop a few scoops of tea into cold water and allow to brew over night, keep in the fridge and enjoy the next day!
